Important San Jose Hotel Information Before You Stay With Us


  • Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs; however, all are subject to availability. Please notify the hotel if you have any special requests.
  • Accepted Payment: American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa.
  • Hotel does not accept Credit Card authorization forms or Credit Card payments over the phone. Valid Credit Card and Photo ID are required at check-in.
  • Pet Policy: While we welcome service animals, we regret that we do not allow other pets.
  • Hotel Parking: Parking is free while you are a guest in-house or meeting attendee. We regret that you cannot leave your vehicle at the hotel for other than the purposes stated.
  • For the comfort and safety of all of our guests, smoking (including medical use) is prohibited, subject to $200 cleaning fee and/or removal from the property.
  • If your reservations is pre-paid thru a third party, a credit card deposit of $100 is required at check-in.
